Description

again, this is another independent variables used in the UHC mortality and length of stay regression models.

which says it's based on Medicaid, Selfpay or Charity as the primary payer.
I think it again will reference the encounter table and the payer fields

I see that there's a lookup table definitely for the _Encounter_UHCPay which can probably be used.
